Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

Carte  adapter : RAlink RT3290 802.11 bgn wifi adapter   pilote 5.0.57.1

J'ai lu que cela pouvait être du a une incompatibilité entre W10 et la carte RALINK.

Y a t-il une possibilité de résoudre ce problème ? en remplaçant la carte RALINK ?

Merci de votre support

Gerard

Hi:

That is a very common issue with the Ralink RT3290 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter and the newer builds of W10.

The Bluetooth completely disappears from the device manager and there is no fix other than to either use a USB Bluetooth adapter or replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card.

This model is known to work in the dv6-dv6-73xx model series with the Intel processors.

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

You can usually find the above model card on eBay.  Search by the HP part number.

If you decide to replace the Wi-Fi card, there is no W10 Bluetooth driver for it from HP or intel anymore.

You can download the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers Intel released for that model card from my Skydrive folder at the link below:

Download, unzip and run the Bluetooth driver in the Intel 7260AC WiFi & Bluetooth Drivers.zip file.

SkyDrive - OneDrive (live.com)

I had saved the files before Intel removed them from their website as I have the same model card in one of my HP notebooks.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:

Hi,

since the last windows 10 update I do not access to bluetooth, and it is no longer visible in the device manager.

My system is :  HP ENVY dv6 notebook PC,   type D9T71EA#ABF ,  issued in 2012/2013.

Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

Adapter card : RALINK RT3290 802.11 bgn wifi adapter, driver 5.0.57.1

I have read this could be due to an incompatibility beetween W10 and the RALINK card level.

Is there a way to solve this , by the ralink card replacement or other?

Thanks for your help.
