Product: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx

Bonjour, j'ai récemment acheté un casque audio bluetooth JBL Tune750 BTNC et en voulant le connecter à mon ordinateur portable cela fonctionne mais je n'entends que des grésillements et lorsque j'essaie de diffuser du son dessus (musique sur youtube par exemple) cela ne fonctionne pas, je n'entends que des grésillements un même pas de mélodie perceptible... Je me suis renseigné sur le site JBL et j'ai trouvé comme réponse qu'il s'agissait peut-être d'un problème de pilote A2DP (et/ou de pilote AVRCP je ne sais pas). Pouvez-vous me renseigner quel pilote dois-je installer pour que cela fonctionne comme il faut? J'ai un HP Laptop 15-bs0xx numéro de série : CND7255HR4
