Product: Elitebook FOlio 1040 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Already i tried download the HP connection manager from the hp Website but seems it ain't available for the elitebook 1040 G1. i really do not know how to get my sim card working on this device. Help will be appreciated

Hi:

 

All Elitebook Folio 1040 G1's have SIM card slots.

 

What over 90% of them don't have is the required WWAN module that connects to the wireless service.

 

Your notebook must have one of the WWAN cards listed in chapter 3 of the service manual in order for the SIM card to do anything.
