Product: HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have a couple of users who are experiencing poor corporate VPN speeds when connecting to a 5Ghz band wifi. When connecting to 2.4Ghz band, there is no issue. The model of the laptop is HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10 with Realtek 8852CE Wifi 6E PCI-E NIC card. The driver version is 6001.16.138.1 dated 8/9/2023. We downloaded the latest driver from HP Site but it says driver is the latest.
We have laptops from other vendors that do not have this issue.
Has anyone else had such experiences and have any solutions/workarounds?
