Product: Hp deskjet 2752
Operating System: iOS

Hi there, my printer keeps saying offline for hp ink services. The orange light is on. I have called hp, no resolve. Turn off printer off and on. Really frustrating when the app says printer is online but the hp services says it offline. I have also refresh and still nothing. Helppppppp
