Printing Questions

HP Recommended
HP Envy Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We worked for 2 hours trying to figure out why my BRAND NEW LAPTOP wouldn't print to wireless printer. After not much success, I finally contacted HP. Still wouldn't do it and told me to come here! I paid a lot of money - at a crucial time - as I'm a teacher going to distance learning by Friday and have to have technology to use!!!

You have to install printer software and drivers on your new computer first. You can find printer software and drivers on its home page

Regards.
