Problem with Bluetooth not recognizing or connecting to devices.

HP Recommended
HP OMEN LAPTOP 15-EN1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Omen recently purchased. Bluetooth either doesn't recognize devices, or when it does, does not connect with them. Unable to link my headphones or my iPhone.
