I am having problems with my wireless connection it say ( No Wi-Fi Networks Found) and troubleshoot tells me that I have a problem with the wireless adapter or access point. What can I do, as the internet is not the problem. Does this have something to do with my PC setting? I try Update windows, Update Network Adapter Drivers (Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter) & Reboot many times but still have the same problem ( No Wi-Fi Networks Found) Wifi Router is working my cell phone & other device is connected with the same Wi-Fi even i am able to connect with LAN wire with the same Wi-Fi router.
the WLAN 2.4 GHz is on but still have the same issue its not showing any wifi networks
, Even if i tried my mobile hotspot its also not showing.
What should i do next ?

Hi:
It has to do with the Ralink RT3290 wifi adapter not being compatible with the newer builds/updates of W10.
You have two options...
1. Replace the internal Ralink wifi card with something better.
2. Buy an external USB wifi adapter.
If you let me know the full model number or product number of your notebook, I will see if there is a better wifi card you can install.

Hi:
You can replace the Ralink wifi card with this model...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
The card is readily available on eBay. Maybe Amazon too.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04439615
Before installing the Intel card, go to the Windows control panel>programs>uninstall a program.
If there is any Ralink bluetooth software listed there, uninstall it.
Then go to the device manager, uninstall the Ralink bluetooth adapter under the Bluetooth adapters device manager category and check the uninstall driver box.
Do the same thing for the Ralink wifi adapter under the Network Adapters device manager category.
Then shut down, unplug the PC, remove the battery and install the wifi card.
