After update BIOS to F46.revA wirelles button have red led and i see my bluetooth device (Ralink RT3290) only in hidden devices.without hidden devices
with hidden devicesWireless button work. If press -- acteivate airplane mode and wi-fi is off, press again -- deactivate airplane and wi-fi is on. But I can't activate bluetoth. Please help.

Check to make sure your model has two antenna cables going to the Ralink wifi card in there now.
If so, and your notebook does not have a Pentium or Celeron processor (it must have a core i3 or higher processor), then yes, that same card/part number will work in your notebook.

I have two points In my card RT3290, but cable only in point #1. Point #2 is free. And I have good wireless signal. But now I haven't bluetooth. Eirler bluetoth work. My processor is Core-i3.

You're very welcome.
If you only have one antenna cable, you can connect to the wifi card terminal, the Intel wifi card won't work, because it must have two antenna cables to connect to the card.
As an alternative single band card you can try that only needs one antenna cable to work, would be this one...

You should be able to find that model wifi card on eBay.

If you plan on buying that model wifi card, make sure that you first uninstall the Ralink wifi and bluetooth drivers in the device manager, and if there is any Ralink bluetooth software listed in the windows control panel>programs, uninstall that too.
