Greetings @Nahid19,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with the wireless connectivity on your computer.
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Kudos to you for trying the Network troubleshooter available on your computer.
Have you updated all the drivers on your computer?
Recommend you run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here for assistance.
Once all the drivers are updated, check if the issue is resolved.
Also, make sure Windows updates are installed on your computer.
If the issue persists, uninstall the wireless adapter from the device manager.
Delete the driver when prompted during the uninstall of the driver.
Restart your computer and install the driver from this link.
Let me know if this resolves the issue you are facing.

I tried to download the hp support assistant.ext, but got a message: "Failed - Network.error". I have an ap "driver support" that I purchased that checks and installs drivers that runs on my pc. My PC is an HP Pavilion 64bit. My pc is intermittently shutting down and has been for 5 days. Can you help.
