Hi,
I recently install a new Windows 10 64x Build 1909 on my laptop and the only issue i have is with my WiFi... I know is my laptop cause my other devices works like a charm... i must work almost over the router just to detect 1 bar of signal....
My wireless adapter is AC 3168.. i actually run the assistant solution or something like that on Intel webpage and i don't know why he said Install Failed
Any help would be appreciate..
Best regards

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's update the BIOS: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Also, update the drivers from the HP Support Assistant:
HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Hello,
Thanks for answering so quickly... I'll check the Bios and let you know.
The driver's are all update already thanks to that tool, but the problem remains....
I try the Bios and let you know, soon...
Best regards
