Hi, I bought recently in Italy a new HP notebook (255R G10) with:
- Product Number: C80XQAT
- Serial Number: Edited
At the moment I am using the pc in Portugal and I have 2 problems:
1) Bluetooth --> After several minutes of using a device (such as a speaker, headphones, mouse, etc.) connected to the PC via Bluetooth, it stopped playing audio, or at least stopped working despite the connection being established and the audio continuing to play. I've tried deleting the device from the PC and reconnecting it several times, but the problem persists.
2) WiFi --> Similar to the Bluetooth, when I connect to the university's WiFi "eduroam" (other WiFis seem to work fine), after a while, the connection stops working. So, I have to turn the WiFi off and on again every time to re-establish a connection. This isn't ideal, given the university's need for exams.
