OMEN Gaming Laptop 16t-wf100, 16.1"
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello good day, I have a problem with my new laptop, sometimes when I'm playing on it, the internet cable from the laptop "disconnects" and I lose internet, then I have to go to the internet settings and disconnect and reconnect the cable and it works again, but I don't understand why it happens sometimes, if the cable is in perfect condition and my internet is good.

What is the version (CAT) of your LAN cable ? Please try

You must log in as the local administrator before you continue.

To open Device Manager:

  • Press Windows key + R.
  • Type devmgmt.msc.
  • Click OK.
  1. Open the Networking adapters section.
  2. Right-click the network adapter that you want to change and select Properties.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to Speed & Duplex. By default, it is set to Auto-Negotiate. Select any of the speeds that you see in the list.
  5. Click OK and restart your computer.

Regards.
