Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

hello, the network adapter seen in picture 1 does not look like picture 2. I reinstalled all the updates but the same problem is recurring. What should I do. ? Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 802.11 b/ g/n WiFi Adapter not showing up ?
