Product: Hp Omen ek0415no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Most of the time my R key on my laptop HP OMEN EK0415NO isn't working, it sometimes works, sometimes stops working.

What should I do? I think that there's something under the key, but I'm afraid to take it off! 

 

Is it dangerous to take the key off the keyboard (Notebook keyboard)? I can put it back after cleaning it? Please help me!

HP Recommended

The keycap can generally be removed, but it is likely to be damaged during the removal process. If you can’t do it yourself, it’s best to leave it to a professional to help you clean the computer.
