I received the error message on the subject line and figure I need to try installing new drivers??
Trying to find correct downloads from a family member's computer. Putting those on a USB and then from USB putting them into my computer that cannot access the internet. Is this correct?
Could someone point me to the most updated link for the appropriate drivers?
OR am I missing the boat completely and need to do something else?

Yes, you are correct, and hopefully updating the driver to the latest version as I suggested this forum member do will also work for you as well...
