Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Do you see that model Wi-Fi adapter listed in the Windows device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category?

 

If not, there is probably something wrong with the Wi-Fi adapter because Windows 10 should have automatically installed the driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

 

If you don't see the Wi-Fi adapter listed there, I recommend you purchase a dual band USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter to connect via wireless.

 

I have this model plugged into my HP desktop's USB port.  Works great.
