If you are running W10 on your notebook you need this driver:

 

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

 

11.0.761.0

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe 

 

Note:  That model Bluetooth adapter will usually not work on the newer builds of W10, so you can expect it to completely disappear from the device manager one day.
