need Ralink rt3290 driver for wifi for laptop

Your notebook does not come with a  Ralink RT3290 Wi-Fi adapter.

 

That is a very old Wi-Fi adapter which hasn't been used in any HP notebook since 2013 or so and wouldn't even fit in your notebook since it is a different form factor than the M.2 cards used in today's notebooks.

 

Most of the 15-fd0000 come with the Realtek AC Wi-Fi adapters for which I have provided the latest driver at the link below:
