That is the only driver that was ever released by Ralink/Mediatek to HP.
The card is no longer supported by the manufacturer.
I'm even surprised that the Bluetooth radio is even showing up in your notebook's device manager.
That card is notorious for the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or both to completely disappear from the device manager on the newer builds of W10, and there is no fix other than to replace the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter with a different model,
If the PC has two antenna wires connected to the Ralink card, you can replace it with either of these Wi-Fi cards.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001
Or you can purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this W10 Ralink Bluetooth driver:
MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver
11.0.761.0

Tried this fix to uninstall and then reinstall driver using sp71572.exe. Did not fix. Get the same error message. Bluetooth Ralink was working before. Bluetooth only shows up in W10 device manager when show hidden devices is selected. I believe it is a windows update problem and we need a new driver update.

If you are going to install a USB Bluetooth adapter, most of them do not need any drivers.
They are plug and play.
If you looked inside your PC and found that it had two Wi-Fi antenna wires connected to the Ralink card, and have decided to replace the internal Wi-Fi card, you would need to let me know which of the two models you plan to install.
The drivers would be completely different.

OK, so if you have verified that there are two antenna wires connected to the Ralink card, you can download the drivers from my Skydrive folder since HP and Intel quit providing the links to the drivers for that model card.
I happened to save them when I got wind that Intel was discontinuing support for the Intel 7260, and I have one of those cards installed in my PC.
Download, unzip and run the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers in the Intel 7260AC WiFi & Bluetooth Drivers.zip file.
