I've recently switched to Linux. While I was using Windows 10, the bluetooth adapter was working fine. But, after switching to Zorin OS core (an ubuntu based distro), the OS cannot detect the adapter anymore. And, not just Zorin. I've tried different distros like Ubuntu, Mint, Ubuntu Budgie. All had the same result. Is there any solution for this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to replace the Ralink wifi card with this model...
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001.
The card works with W10. Not sure about Linux. You would have to check a Linux forum to see if the card is supported in Linux.
You can find this model wifi card on eBay or Ali Express. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure...
