Random printing of Congratulations Page

Hey HP, I have the 4650 jet printer and have insta ink. The other day my laptop now has a web address, not sure how that happened. There is a Contratulaions Page that prints out and says you are now web connected. Not sure about this, but it prints at random times the Contratulations page and blank pages out since then. Can this be adjusted ? If not can I just take the printer email address off?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer, I am glad to assist you today.

First, you can check these steps: 

• Remove the sheets of paper from the printer so that the printer does not start printing the alignment pages.
• Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
• Disconnect any other cables if connected to the printer.
• Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
• The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector.
• Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.
