Hi:
At this point, I would recommend you install the most recent W10 Realtek wifi driver...
2024.0.10.105/2024.0.4.208 Aug 28, 2019
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98919.exe
Fix and enhancements:
- Fixes an issue which causes a blue screen event to occur.
- Fixes an issue where where a wireless hotspot cannot be found after the system exists Power Save mode.
- Fixes an issue which causes a Skype call to disconnect unexpectedly.
- Provides the DCH-compliant driver.
- Refines the mechanism to confirm that the system has disconnected from a Wireless access point.
- Provides enhanced performance when the system is connected to awireless access point.
- Enhances performance when the system enters Modern Standby.

Hi:
The rtwlane.sys blue screen is caused by one of components of the Realtek wifi driver.
So, it doesn't matter if the notebook is connected or not.
If installing the latest driver didn't resolve the problem, you may want to consider backing up any files you want to keep onto a portable hard drive and do a factory reset of the notebook.
Then install the driver I posted again in hope that you won't get that rtwlane.sys blue screen problem again.
