I am having the same issue .  this started right after I had an HP update.  I called HP and since I am out of HP Warranty, not my extended through micro center, they cant help.. I told them this is their issue.  I run the HP FIX adn says there is nothing wrong.  This is ridiculous.

Do you have issues browsing the internet with other browsers?

 

If the issue is only with Google Chrome, I suggest you reset the Chrome browser
