I have to 2nd the notion on this same issue that surfaced sometime in July 2019.

 

Error code 0x8000000b when trying reset the HP win10 mail account using yahoo as the server.

 

After returning from an overseas adventure in July, the win10 mail client would not sync to my frontier yahoo email account.

My iphone yahoo app for frontier yahoo mail works perfectly though.

 

Before departing for this trip in July, my HP PC WIN10 mail client was functioning for several years & syncing perfectly on the laptop with no issues.

 

The laptop remained at my home unused and powered down for 30 days but something happened with the MS mail client during this time frame.

 

Hopefully MS or HP support assistant will have a patch fix available soon 🙂
