@Mac2vd Did you ever figure out the issue and get it resolved? I'm having the exact same problem. Windows recognizes the card and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both work, but Intel DSA just absolutely cannot find it.
As the first response suggested, I also confirmed that the card is the non vPRO version, so that's definitely not the issue for me.

Hi, Nafratu. I returned the card, which was the correct card according to the recommendations from this thread. I am 70 years old and recovering from a stroke, so I decided to wait it out for a few months, hoping that this situation will be rectified with Intel, Windows, and HP. Sorry I don't have an answer for you at this point.

I had much the same issue with my HP Pavilion 15-eg0025nr (4X571UA) and the BE200 (non-vPro), but I gave up after getting the runaround from Intel because the card itself works and IDSA is at most a side issue. Ironically, about a month ago IDSA suddenly found the Bluetooth side of the card; it still can't see the Wi-Fi side, and Intel's System Support Utility (suggested while I was dealing with Intel) still can't see either side. I suspect it's an Intel issue, but Intel won't look into it because they always say "contact your PC manufacturer" even if you installed the card yourself. (Intel might assume HP still whitelists WLAN cards, but I understand they stopped a few years ago except for CTO models which none of us have. Besides, the BE200 is an HP option on your model, though not on mine or the OP's.) You can always visit the Intel Wi-Fi 7 card support page for updated drivers at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/230080/wireless/intel-wi-fi-7-products/inte... .
I strongly urge anyone with this card and a Wi-Fi 7 router to opt into the Windows Insider Release Preview channel for Windows 11 24H2 (aka 2024 Update), as this update is required to unlock full Wi-Fi 7 functionality, especially MLO. (If your router isn't Wi-Fi 7 you're limited to whatever Wi-Fi generation it supports.) I don't have the complete instructions in front of me, but there's an option to tell Microsoft to drop you out of Windows Insider after 24H2 is broadly available. I haven't run into any bugs with 24H2 Release Preview yet.

@Mac2vd Your OP said your system claimed the BE200 was "not compatible with my device, due to regional settings". I wonder if your region has stricter regulatory restrictions than the U.S. on 5 and/or 6 GHz. This sounds like Intel's LAR (Location Aware Regulatory) feature that was known to be buggy on the AX211 and apparently is built into the BE200 as well. If LAR on your old BE200 was imposing stricter regulatory rules than that of your country, IMO the only solution would be to go with a MediaTek or Qualcomm Wi-Fi 7 card next time. (You'll have to get in line with AMD CPU owners, since there is a known issue with the BE200 on AMD systems that may also be LAR-related; AFAIK there is no other reason why a non-CNVio, non-vPro Intel WLAN card like the default BE200 shouldn't work on AMD, and the other brands reportedly work with AMD.) However, it could just be the usual Intel runaround and/or a different issue since you were losing Bluetooth on your BE200 earlier (Bluetooth is for now exclusively 2.4 GHz and has no significant region restrictions).
