Hi @8L7Y4PA,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Since the issue appears to be intermittent, I would recommend trying the following steps first:

Perform a complete power reset by shutting down the notebook, disconnecting the AC adapter, and holding the power button for about 15 seconds before restarting.

Check Device Manager > Bluetooth when the issue occurs and confirm whether the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter shows Code 45 or disappears completely.

If it shows Code 45, let us know whether a power reset brings it back without reinstalling the driver.

Also check whether the Bluetooth adapter returns after a normal restart or only after a complete power reset.

If the issue continues even after the BIOS, chipset, and Bluetooth drivers have been updated, please provide your exact product number and current BIOS version. This will help us check the appropriate configuration and determine the next troubleshooting step.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kens

Error is code 43 in device manager, not 45. After some time, it disappears completely.

A normal restart doesn't fix anything, A power reset brings the device back online, but only for the bluetooth to fail again.
