Correction to the subject: My Pavilion 15-eg1073 connected once to our home Wi-Fi and hasn’t done so since. My Wi-Fi adapter is MediaTek MT7921Wifi 6 802.11ax PCle Adapter. Driver 3.0.1.1167.
I found SP138589, but since I cannot connect to Wi-Fi, I cannot download whatever this softpak offers as a resolution.
Please advise next steps and thanks in advance for your help…
Christine

Hi, @CK01
You're very welcome, Christine.
These are the latest drivers for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
Wifi:
3.4.1244.540 (Release date: Jun 6, 2022)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140501-141000/sp140594.exe
Bluetooth:
1.828.142.186 (Release date: Jun 6, 2022)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140501-141000/sp140595.exe
Use another PC to download the files to.
Get a USB flash drive and copy the driver files to it.
Plug the flash drive into your 15-eg1073 notebook and you can either run them directly from the flash drive or copy them from the flash drive to your Windows desktop and run them from there.
