I have the same problem. Constant ping spikes, packet loss, sometimes disconnects from the network for a couple of seconds, it often happens that the list of available networks is empty and you need to turn off and then turn on the Wifi network to fix this.
As you said, the only stable WiFi modules are Intel ones. Can you advise which module can be installed instead of Realtek 8852CE so that I do not make a mistake when purchasing? And can I replace it myself without it violating the warranty?

Good.

I'm glad you can see that the manual is in error, and it is clear that the Wi-Fi card can be removed and replaced.

Since there are no other Wi-Fi cards listed the service manual, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try this card which has an excellent chance of working;

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005.

This video shows how to properly remove and replace a Wi-Fi card.  Starts at minute 7:02.

Unfortunately, I don't have a part number for the vPro model.

That wouldn't matter unless you use your notebook in a corporate environment where the PCs are managed remotely via AMT.

In order to see what your options, are, I would need to know the full model number or product number of your notebook.

As far as the warranty is concerned, this is a peer-to-peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP, so we are unable to reply on HP's behalf regarding the warranty terms and conditions.

I recommend you contact HP customer service and seek a definite answer from HP.

Product number - 7E6K8AV (HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 A Mobile Workstation PC) with Wi-Fi card - Realtek 8852CE. What other Wi-Fi card could I replace it with?

I can't believe what I am seeing in the service manual for your PC.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

It appears that the Realtek RTL8852CE Wi-Fi adapter is an integral part of the motherboard.

Chapter 3 of the service manual shows no Wi-Fi adapter part numbers available, and chapter 5 has no procedure to remove or replace the Wi-Fi adapter.

I cannot believe that HP installed such a lousy card in their flagship zBook mobile workstations.

Why they did not install an onboard Intel card makes no sense to me at all.

This information upset me 😞
But I don’t understand why it says that the module is built into the motherboard.
I removed the laptop cover to add another SSD.

And I saw this module on the motherboard. And as far as I can see, it is simply screwed, and it is possible to unscrew it and screw another one.

So maybe it's still possible to replace it? I spent so much money on this laptop and am forced to suffer because of this **bleep** module.

You're very welcome.

Please post back and let us know the results.

I still can't believe HP installed a Realtek card in a zBook!

Hello again!
As promised, I'm back with the results of my manipulations on the WiFi module.
Following your advice, I ordered and installed the following WiFi card:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230

I received it today, quickly exchanged the old one for a new one, turned on the laptop, the drivers were immediately updated and Wi-Fi worked immediately. I also updated the drivers to the latest version and...
Oh miracle!!! Everything works just great. While testing this card (tested in an online game), there was not a single ping spike or packet loss for several hours, everything worked just perfectly.
Thank you very much for your help and advice!

Total: if you are the owner of a laptop with a WiFi module Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E PCI-E NIC and you have problems with WiFi (ping spikes, packet loss, loss of available networks, etc.), then the problem can ONLY be solved by replacing this module with another one. In my case, the Wi-Fi module Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 worked perfectly.
