Thanks ecompbg I tried your very specific and detailed instructions and it worked. Big ups to you and everyone else on the forum.. can I get the graphics driver for this please.... my laptop is an hp laptop 15-ra0xx downgraded to windows 7.

What model processor and graphics does your notebook have?

 

Or post the product number so I can look up the specs.
