Hi Riddle,
Apologies for the delayed respone.
After updating the bios, i did not get the problem for the next 2 days. Just as I thought that the issue is resolved, it started appearing again. Now its quite bad.
Just now, I removed the driver and installed it from the location that was provided to Manjrekar (since he confirmed that his issue is resolved). I dont have much hope on this since I had already reinstalled my driver before. Hence I continue with the next step, which is to give it for repair to the hpshop at ballmount, dublin.
Thanks,
Nidin. M

Thank you for the update,
I'm afraid all computers aren't the same,
While it seems to have worked for the other user on the same thread it hasn't worked for you,
Don't worry though as the repair is a part of the troubleshooting and considering your PC requires a hardware service,
Everything should be alright ones it's repaired,
Please keep me posted, though, as I'd love to assist you (if nee be) once you have the computer back from the repair center.
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!
Regards,
