I am currently facing intermittent connectivity issues on my laptop. I bought the laptop one month ago. Intermittently the wifi disconnects. Sometimes it connects after few attempts on its own. Event viewer shows the error - "
WLAN AutoConfig service failed to connect to a wireless network.
Network Adapter: Realtek 8852BE-VT Wireless LAN WiFi 6 PCI-E NIC
Interface GUID: {8139db6b-4653-4907-b7a7-eecff819c3af}
Connection Mode: Automatic connection with a profile
Profile Name: SanNSen
SSID: SanNSen
BSS Type: Infrastructure
Failure Reason:The driver disconnected while associating.
RSSI: 255
"
I tried uninstalling the driver and restarted. The issue comes back after a couple of days. No other devices on the network experience connection issues.

I had this problem on a recently bought OmniDesk Slim Desktop. HP support was reluctant to believe me that the problem is with the realtek NIC or its driver and kept wanting me to reinstall Windows. Here is the solution:
1. Replace the Realtek 8852BE-VT with the compatible Intel AX210.NGWG network adaptor: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WQSNMCT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
This adaptor fits the M.2 slot on your motherboard.
2. Download and install the Intel Wireless and Bluetooth drivers (do this before installing the Intel NIC. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-a...
3. Remove the Realtek adaptor making sure you note where the 2 antennae wires are attached.
4. Install the Intel NIC in the same socket. The main Wifi antennae connects to terminal number2 (Main). The other antennae wire is for Bluetooth and secondary Wifi and connects to terminal number 1 (AUX).
5. Turn on your computer and reconnect to your wireless network with your network password.
You will not have any further disconnects and might even see improved wireless performance.
Optionally: Go to Control Panel - Device Manager - Network Adaptors and uninstall the Realtek Adaptor

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has available for the RTL8852BE-VT Wi-Fi adapter:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
Version 6101.19.132.0

did it really work for your case? I am also having the same issue, wifi getting disconnected again and again and it is happening randomly, not everytime. But when it is starting to happen it is happening again and again. Restarting the computer make its fine again.

Yes, it has been working fine and I believe I am getting better performance with the Intel network adaptor. Realtek networking adaptors and drivers have a history of not working well. This is a simple and not costly remedy to the constant disconnects. I installed a commercial grade wifi network using Ubiquiti Unifi devices in my home so I have lots of network status details and can see the connect times on all devices. My HP computer has not had any disconnects for all the time the network has been up since I installed the Intel adaptor.
The solutions that HP suggests don't work.
If you choose to do my fix and have any problems, just reply to me again and I'll walk you through the procedure.

It seems to be some kind of memory issue as it disconnects after about 20 minutes into every video conferencing I have. I have 3 other laptops that have no issues. I ordered the new NIC as it seems easier than arguing with HP endlessly. Ill keep the receipt to see if I can later join a class action as this is BS.

Please post a reply to let everyone else who is having this problem know if my solution of replacing the realtec adaptor with an Intel one works. I haven't had any disconnects since I did the swap. HP support works off a script and they don't know how to go off script when all the defined steps in their script don't work.
