We have several HP ProBook 440 G10 laptops with Realtek 8852CE Wi-Fi adapters.
After installing drivers 1.0.0.234 Rev.S (as well as older ones) downloaded from the HP website, Windows does not see any access points.
The problem was partially solved by using drivers 6001.16.126.305 for the Realtek 8852CE Wi-Fi adapter from the Lenovo Legion T5 26ARA8 computer.
The problem is that almost every day a situation arises again in which Windows stops searching for access points. In this case, restarting the laptop helps.
Please check the situation.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the latest driver HP has for the RTL8852CE Wi-Fi adapter:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers 1.0.0.240 Jan 19, 2024
This should install the following driver for the RTL8852CE Wi-Fi adapter:
6001.16.145.0 November 03, 2023
