That means it only has a single antenna, upgrade to something you need one more antenna (would be a nightmare to add)

If you want updated Bluetooth hardware, you will need to use a USB Bluetooth adapter having a newer Bluetooth revision.

I can give you the latest drivers HP has for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter, but that would be the best I can do.
