Hello Community!

Regarding my wireless network problems with a HP notebook I got a Softpaq sp157102 from the community, but I don't find in the Paq the "Realtek PCI GbE Family Controller" driver? Is it necessary to change both drivers to have newer versions? If yes, where I can find the "Realtek GbE Family Controller" newest driver? Thanks vor any help!

Hi:

 

sp157102 is for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapters, which is why there is no driver for the Realtek GbE Family Controller.

Here's a W11 driver from the 250 G9 which should work for your notebook's ethernet adapter.

 

Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver
