Your machine came with FreeDOS 2.0. Its specs

           https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c05282573

I can't get its parts

         https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=Z3D46EA

Therefore probably the wireless adapter is NOT Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn. Please try Broadcom on the following link

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ac100-notebook-pc-series/8499326

As mentioned above, your machine came with FreeDOS. Please do the following steps

1. Download following LAN driver an save on USB device

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72091.exe

2. Reinstall Windows 10 using

                 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

3.  Install LAN driver above and use a LAN cable to connect your machine to the internet,

4. Run Windows updates few times, 15 mins apart.

Now, check to see can you use wifi.
