Are you sure it has Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn  ? What is your HP Notebook ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

                    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Your machine came with FreeDOS 2.0. Its specs

I can't get its parts

Therefore probably the wireless adapter is NOT Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn. Please try Broadcom on the following link

As mentioned above, your machine came with FreeDOS. Please do the following steps

1. Download following LAN driver an save on USB device

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72091.exe

2. Reinstall Windows 10 using

                 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

3.  Install LAN driver above and use a LAN cable to connect your machine to the internet,

4. Run Windows updates few times, 15 mins apart.

Now, check to see can you use wifi.
