I have Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter which does not support 5g . I need to make it 5G Supported. What needs to be done by me. Please guide and advise.

There is nothing you can do to make the Realtek RTL8723DE Wi-Fi adapter support the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band as that Wi-Fi adapter is only 2.4 GHz capable.
You would need to replace the Realtek RTL8723DE Wi-Fi card with this model and part number:
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005
Or you can buy a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.
