I'm looking for a stable wifi driver for the Realtek RTL8723DE adaptor in a HP laptop 15-db0598sa running Ubuntu 20.04.4 (LTS), kernel version 5.15.0
Is there a version available anywhere for this kernel version and OS? If so, how would I install it properly? The current version of the wifi driver randomly drops packets when I run ping from the command line:

(note there is no icmp_seq=178, 181 or 182 in this list)
