My laptop cannot detect the 5 Ghz Wi-Fi network. even though the network has a 5 Ghz network. I have also updated my Wi-Fi driver. I wonder what the problem is?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version, which you don't have installed.

 

This is the latest Wi-Fi driver HP has for the RTL8821CE:
