Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to download the latest driver for that model wifi adapter.
If you have no internet connectivity, download the driver from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your PC and copy it to your downloads folder or someplace you can find it easily.

After you do that, go to the device manager. Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.
Right click on the RTL8821CE 802.11ac wifi adapter listed there. Select Uninstall and check the Uninstall driver box.
Restart the PC and then install the updated Realtek 8821CE wifi driver you saved to your PC.
