As we can see alot of HP users are experimenting issues with Realtek RTL8821CE hardware/driver/ . Is there any way to contact HP customer service to urge them to contact realtek to fix this issue?? We arealdy waited for 2 years for this to be solved. How much time do they need to fix this?

Not that it probably will do any good, but have you at least tried the latest W11 wifi driver HP has for that model adapter?

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, RTL8852AE and RTL8852BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported computer models using Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating systems.
