Windows Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043

Realtek Driver Version: 2024.0.10.219

 

I cannot see any 5Ghz networks, only 2.4Ghz.

All the adapter options for 5Ghz are on / auto/ 5Ghz preferred... etc

 

at a loss what to do with this.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the wifi driver to the latest version resolves the problem.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp121001-121500/sp121426.exe

 

I think this driver will install version 2024.0.10.223.
