Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My laptop is HP 348 G7.

I left the laptop sleep but something happened, it went hot and when I open it back, it's not came up. I have to hold the power button for laptop to shut, then press it again to start. Sometime this happen and when I do it, it usually normal. But this time, when the laptop start, laptop can't scan any wifi. I tried to restart couple time but it didn't workd

I checked and it's using Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter.

After troubleshooting, it gives me the message:

"Problem with wireless adapter or access point"

Can anyone perhaps help?

Hello!

 

Did you solved the problem? I have the same and can't solved it.

 

The errors messages are quite brief, mention the code 10, I've installed so many times the driver and nothing
