Im getting "you are not connected to the internet", "no internet detected", websites taking 5 minutes to load IF it loads, speed tests not connecting with same error messages, extremely high ping times of 1700+ms, extremely slow download speeds, and on an on and on...

Those cards are terrible.
There's a newer driver available than the one I gave you the last time.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if it helps any.

updated-
initially the new driver didnt work. I went in to manually select driver to install , and selected one of the 5 drivers listed and it is at least allowing me to connect and surf now....
You are doing to lords work....keep up the good work
