Reposting cos I think I out incorrect Realtek RTL model number.
Windows 11 did an update and having issues with server connection timeout errors, unable to reach website etc etc. Unable to connect to any websites at all now. My speed test app works fine but any attempt to connect to a website times out.

Hi Irwin....
Followed your steps but it hasnt resolved my issues.Right this moment, Im having one of the rare instances where Ive actually been able to c so Im able to connect and reply to you. This device is inoperable ever since i posted the original message youve responded to, and its to the point that im going to replace this laptop with a different brand. Im hoping to avoid the Realtek brand adapters moving forward, as Ive noticed quite a few others are having the same issues with some other models of this brand as well.
