Hello !
I have a problem with this network card (Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter). My laptop has 2 network cards (one for chain: "Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller" and one for wifi the one in the title)
I can say I have 2 signal lines in my room, the router is at a distance of about -10 m. The problem is that during a game the signal fluctuates and I have no idea why. I used to have a laptop but I don't have this problem.
I know that normally as it is in the first picture it should be like in the 3rd.
I updated the chain driver that appeared as in the first picture and after I updated it appeared as it is in the 3rd picture.
You can send me the latest driver for this: Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter because I did not find anything.

Hi @Andrei67,

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

It appears you're experiencing Wi-Fi signal fluctuations on your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2000 equipped with the Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter. This is a known issue among users, particularly during gaming sessions. Let's address this by updating your Wi-Fi driver and optimizing your system settings.

Wi-Fi Driver Under Network Drivers

  1. Visit the HP Driver Page: Navigate to the official HP driver page for your laptop model:
  2. Locate Network Drivers: Scroll down to the "Driver-Network" section.
  3. Identify the Correct Driver: Look for entries related to Realtek Wi-Fi drivers.

Use Windows Update to Obtain the Latest Driver

  1. Open Windows Settings: Press Win + I to open the Settings menu.
  2. Navigate to Update & Security: Click on "Update & Security" and then select "Windows Update."
  3. Check for Updates: Click on "Check for updates" to allow Windows to search for the latest drivers and updates.
  4. Install Available Updates: If Windows finds a newer version of the Realtek Wi-Fi driver, it will download and install it automatically.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved, and if you feel this reply was helpful, click “Yes”.
