When using nord VPN, I can stay connected for about 20 or 30 minutes until the network adapter quits working, sometimes it will work fine for hours. To reconnect to wifi, I have to disable my network adapter and re enable it. I have went to my product support page and the driver is current. (6001.0.10.344). In the event viewer, when it stops working it says "Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly." The network adapter seems to not break when not connected to a VPN. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the wifi driver to the latest version...

Thanks, I will try it out and see if that works. I don't understand how I couldn't find that? The newest driver on my product support page is 6001.0.10.344 12/9/2021. Even searching lead me to .344 as the current version.

You're very welcome.
I got the driver from the HP 450 G8 business-class notebook.
HP seems to keep the drivers more up to date on the business products than the consumer products.
You wouldn't know where to find the driver unless you had a working knowledge of what HP business-class notebooks would use the Realtek Wi-Fi cards.
So, it is certainly not a shortcoming on your part.
