I have a Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC. In Settings -> Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi, the adapter is off. When attempting to toggle Wi-Fi to On, it stays on for a short time and then automatically toggles to Off. When booting the laptop to Zorin Linux, Wi-Fi works just fine so, this issue looks like a driver issue. The laptop is running Windows 11 however, when I try to download a driver for this Wi-Fi adapter, the HP driver download site has no drivers available for this laptop running Windows 11. When the Windows 10 driver is installed, the same issue is observed.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8822ce Wi-Fi adapter driver to the latest version HP has:
