Hi:
You need to install the Intel wifi driver for that wifi card hardware ID, not the Realtek one.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104315.exe
You'll also need the Intel bluetooth driver...

Try this...
Go to the device manager. Click on the Network controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file I posted yesterday.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp104315.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Otherwise, try the driver directly from Intel.

I don't know what to tell you because those drivers should have worked.
I would try using the HP cloud recovery tool to factory reset the notebook.
You should be able to make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
You will need to have access to another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
Here is an info link for how to use the HP cloud recovery tool...

You can see if your notebook is supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link below...
