Recently I bought a laptop and my Wi-Fi is not working

I installed Windows 10 Pro (21H2)  and my internet working just through the cabel. I tried to install new drivers from other forum's issues but it's don't helped.  My airplane mode is unclickable. Should I install Window 11?

Your screenshot shows that no Wi-Fi adapter is installed.

In the device manager, is there any device with a little ! mark next to it labeled as a Network Controller?

If so, that is the Wi-Fi adapter in need of a driver.

Since for whatever reason, HP has no Wi-Fi drivers at all on your notebooks support page for W11 or W10, if you see a Network Controller device listed in the device manager, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Thanks for helping. There are no drivers in hp support for WLAN and I just found model of my motherboard (win+r, msinfo32) find drivers and install. Для тех кто в танке и плохо знает английский, в принципе как и я, ссылка которую я прикрепил сверху ведёт на сайт с драйверами для вай фая и блютуза в моём случае вай фай модуль 802.11ax, но если вы боитесь словить какой-нибудь вирус на этом сайте, то можете нажать комбинацию (кнопка виндовс и к(R) и ввести msinfo32, найти модель материнской платы и производителя, и перейти на сайт самого производителя (даже если у вас ноутбук hp возможно мат. плата другая, но в моём случае плата тоже hp и на сайте поддержки hp не было драйверов на вай фай, только на кабельное соединение) в таком случае вам нужно будет ждать ответа на этом форуме около дня, либо найти самому в интернете.
